Website Backups

Depending on your host this will include a complete snapshot of your website, databases and accounts that will allow you to restore or move to a new location. The Archive will be provided in .zip tar.gz or other format type of your request and can be sent to you electronically or on CDR or DVD as necessary.

Quick Fixes and Emergency Services

If you run into trouble with your website we will be there to help you.

We provide both Queued and Emergency Services.

Discounts

NPSites.com works with a variety of different service providers and can help you get the best discounts available for hosting, domain services and other solutions. Although we can never guarantee the lowest price we always look for the best values.

NPSites.com also provides discounts for services in limited circumstances for registered charities and other specific projects.

Payment Methods

NPSites.com will accept payments through PayPal which will allow you to use a variety of different credit cards or bank accounts.  PayPal does allow one time payments without the need for an account however restrictions will apply.

Most services require prepayment in full.

Larger projects will require a nonrefundable partial prepayment before work begins.

Payments to Third Parties
Unless NPSites.com is Selling or Reselling the service directly to you the prices we charge do not include payment for: domain names, hosting or other third party products or services. You will need to make these payments directly to third parties as they require. We believe this is the best solution for everyone because it allows you to control what services you want and how and when you will make payment.

If you have never setup payment for domain names, hosting or other related products we will walk you through the process as part of our service. It is as easy as buying a book from Amazon or using any other internet merchant.

*Special contracts are required if your company does not have a physical presence and registered agent within the 50 States of the USA.
