Customers Ordering Design Services Or Products

In addition to our Blog and HowTo articles NPSites provides a full range of design services.

Each customer will be provided with a contract based on their order along with terms that must be agreed to before work begins.

Depending on the order placed by the customer either full payment or a partial payment will be required before work begins. The action of providing initial payment will be considered agreement to the terms of the contract in full by the customer.

Any change orders will be billed in addition to the original contract agreement and will require full payment before work continues.

Cancellations of orders will require forfeiture of the initial payment, any pulls or incremental payments and any change order payments that occurred prior to cancellation of the order by the customer.

If initial payment was not required to be made in full then the final payment must be made before the work is released to the customer. This includes the release and transfer of any Domain Names or Hosting which NPSites has in their possession.

Payment for any prepackaged Design Packages including Themes, Backgrounds, Images or other offerings must be paid in full prior to download. Additional Terms will also be provided and must be agreed to by the customer.

Other specific terms which must be agreed to will be provided at the time of order.

ORDERS MADE THROUGH THIRD PARTIES

All orders made through third parties including orders made through NPSites Affiliations Or Advertisers must be handled directly by the third party.  The ownership of NPSites can not act on your behalf and disclaims all liability when you make purchases from any third party including but not limited to Amazon.com or any other business we may display advertising or provide links to.

How To Get Your Product On Our Site
At this time we are pretty backlogged with product reviews however we do provide a service to expedite reviews of products, services or other offerings.

If you have a time sensitive publish date we charge for time to release not length of display. Reviews normally become a permanent part of the site content but there is no guaranty related to the period of time they will remain archived.

NPSites requires a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to release for expedited services.

Standard turnaround times for reviews are without charge.
